TEST:
The Watercheck includes a 75 item check
for: Bacteria (presence/absence check for coliform and E.coli) (15)
heavy metals and minerals, (5) other inorganic chemicals, (5) physical
characteristics, (4) trihalomethanes and (44) volatile organic
chemicals.

WATERTEST:
The WaterTest is a limited test package
for 32 items. This test includes a check for (10) heavy metals and
minerals, (5) other inorganic chemicals, hardness and total dissolved
solids, (4) trihalomethanes and (11) volatile organic chemicals.
Return postage is included for mailing
the kit back to the laboratory.
Turn-around-time: 10-15 business days from date of receipt.
RO-CHECK:
The RO-Check was developed to determine
the quality of feed water for specific items such as cations, anions,
other inorganic chemicals and physical characteristics. There are a
total of (31) parameters on this test including items such as silica,
potassium, carbonate, bi-carbonate, manganese and lead to name a few.
Turn-around-time: 7-10 business days from date of receipt.

IMPORTANT
NOTES ON ALL TESTS (UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN PRODUCT
DESCRIPTION):
* No return shipping is included. In
order for bacteria test results to be valid, samples must be received
at the laboratory within twenty-four (24) hours of when samples are
collected. Please make return shipping arrangements by guaranteed
overnight carrier.
* Expedite services are available when a
quicker turn-around-time is desired. Expedites MUST be pre-approved
before the sample is received. Expedite fees are based on an
additional 125% of the TOTAL original cost. Please contact a
representative to make expedite arrangements. (The laboratory manager
may deny an expedite based on the current laboratory volume.)
* When completing paperwork, if you
provide us with a complete customer name and address information, the
original copy of the report will be mailed to your customer and the
backup copy will be mailed to you for your files. If you DO NOT
want your customer to receive a copy of their report from us directly,
please do not provide a complete mailing address and both copies of
the report will be mailed directly to you.
* If you are in need of
any other special services or arrangements, please contact a
representative and we will be happy to accommodate your needs if
possible.

LEAD ALERT
The price of this kit includes all the sampling materials and analysis
of two lead dust or paint chip samples. Complete sampling instructions
are included. An extra tube is provided and can be used for an
additional sample. Payment for the additional sample must be submitted
with sample.
LEAD ALERT-PLUS
The price of this kit includes the sampling materials and analysis of
six lead dust or paint chip samples. Complete sampling instructions
are included. Extra tubes are provided for additional samples. Payment
must be submitted with samples.
Bulk Lead Collection Kits
LEAD ALERT 100
Includes all the supplies to collect 100 lead dust or paint samples:
100 sample tubes, 250 wipes meeting ASTM specifications, 200 latex powder-free
gloves, and 20 chain of custody documents. Does not include analysis
fees.
LEAD ALERT 50
Includes all the supplies to collect 50 lead dust or paint samples: 50
sample tubes, 150 wipes meeting ASTM specifications, 100 latex powder-free gloves
and 10 chain of custody documents. Does not include analysis fees
LEAD ALERT 25
Includes all the supplies to collect 25 lead dust or paint samples: 25
sample tubes, 75 wipes meeting ASTM specifications, 50 latex powder-free gloves and

All reports will be faxed within 24 hours of receipt at the
laboratory. The fax number must be provided on the submission forms or
reports will be mailed at a later date.
