your are particularly interested in by using the comments box at the
end of the form.
One of our account managers will review your information fax or mail a
quote within two business days. Please feel free to call us with any

Orders can be placed by one of the following options:

Complete the
Company Profile Form, specify the tests you would like to
order in the comments box at the end of the form and click submit. We
will call you to process your order by obtaining a credit card number.
(Live ordering on line is not currently available for businesses.)
PHONE:
If you would like to place an order for our analytical services after
you have reviewed your quotation, please call us. We will arrange to
ship you the appropriate kits and paperwork for your sample
collection. You can place an order over the phone by using a credit
card, COD ($7.00 delivery charge) or we can invoiced if you have
applied and been approved for an open account.
